Benefits Data Trust launched a two-year program to support North Carolina and Washington states to increase SNAP and WIC program participation and simplify access to benefits. They will work to help these states use data and technology to identify individuals eligible but not participating in these benefits programs, and modernize their outreach and enrollment tactics.
