There’s been a decline in eligible families participating in the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children, and as a result, more than 5 million eligible people are missing out key benefits from the WIC program. In an effort to close that enrollment gap, BDT is working with CBPP on how states can use data and text outreach to expand access to families in need.
