Dawn Boudwin is the Director of Mastercard’s In Solidarity initiative at the Center for Inclusive Growth. In this role, Dawn drives the strategy and overall management of In Solidarity programming. Dawn continues to build on Mastercard’s commitment to helping close the racial wealth and opportunity gap by coordinating and driving scale amongst the many Mastercard teams working on In Solidarity and by collaborating with Mastercard’s local and national partners

Prior to joining Mastercard, Dawn was the Vice President of Partnerships at Made to Save, a national organization that ensures communities hardest hit by the pandemic have access and accurate vaccine information, where she led a coalition of 600+ national and state groups focused on vaccine equity, partnered with the federal government, and managed a team.

Prior to Made to Save Dawn, was the Deputy Executive Director of Network Strategy at the Alliance for Youth Organizing/Action where she oversaw three departments (communications, data and program) and led the Alliance’s partnership work with national, state and local organizations and companies. She has also held senior roles at AFSCME and America Votes where she was Deputy National Political Director.

Dawn is based in Washington, D.C.
