Senior Analyst Inclusive Innovation

Etana is responsible for supporting the North America Social Impact team’s inclusive innovation strategy. She enables programmatic activities to further the strategic pillars of the NAM portfolio by fostering partnerships and managing projects. Her previous role at the Center supported operations across the organization focusing on business unit philanthropy, collaboration efficiencies and executive staffing.

Etana began her career in user experience and product innovation at Mastercard. As a content designer, she created functional language to guide users through new products and services that change how we interact. Additionally, Etana has worked to champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion within and outside of Mastercard by co-leading initiatives to advance GTM strategies and develop targeted products & services.

Etana started her work in social impact while participating in a fellowship with Georgetown’s Beeck Center for Social Impact and Innovation. As a fellow, she interned for the Mann Deshi Foundation – an NGO focused on microfinancing for female entrepreneurs in India and a MIF recipient.

She earned her B.S. from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business where she double majored in International Business and Marketing.
