Latoya leads the Center’s strategy, capacity and operational effectiveness related to the incorporation and capitalization of the Mastercard Impact Fund. To ensure alignment with CEO and MSG objectives and goals, she streamlines processes to achieve operational excellence across the organization. Working with the business units, Latoya manages compliance and tracking for their charitable contributions. She also serves as our executive liaison to the enabling functions including, compliance, finance, people and capabilities and legal.

Latoya brings over 20 years of leadership experience in private, public, and nonprofit sectors. Most recently, she ran her own consulting firm focused on minority and women-owned small businesses; and prior to that headed policy, communications and the social impact strategy for care.com, a global gig worker health care platform. Previously, Latoya served as the Deputy Executive Director and Managing Director of Operations for the New York State Governor's Office of Storm Recovery where she administered the HUD disaster recovery grant program. Additionally, she was a Senior Executive Service (SES) appointee in the Obama Administration serving in the U.S. Department of Commerce. Prior to receiving her presidential appointment, she held senior roles in financial services and telecommunications with Citigroup and Verizon.

Latoya is a graduate of New York University’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and lives in New York City with her family and yorkie-poo Monroe.
