Lexi Robinson is a program management specialist adept in inclusive grantmaking and social impact investment. She is personally driven to do this work by a fervent belief that the economic advancement, health, and well-being of marginalized communities are essential to a thriving economy, democracy, and culture. Lexi joins the North American team at Mastercard’s Center for Inclusive Growth as a senior analyst, inclusive innovation.

Lexi comes to Mastercard from her role as senior program associate with Ascend at the Aspen Institute. In this role, she managed the daily operations and supported strategic planning for the Aspen Family Prosperity Innovation Community, a fund that amplified leading policies and practices suited to better support working families -- particularly families of color.

Prior to joining Ascend, Lexi served as events and outreach coordinator for the Sadie Collective, a women-led organization determined to eliminate the barriers for Black women entering and advancing in economics and related fields. In this role, she led the planning and execution of strategic partnership opportunities with organizational partners. Lexi brings with her a complex view of equity and justice work and an array of program management tactics that she feels honored to add to the Mastercard team.

While based in Washington, DC, Lexi grew up in a suburb of Detroit, Michigan and holds a bachelor of nonprofit and public administration from Central Michigan University with a minor in accounting. She is a former Division 1 track and field athlete in the heptathlon, a lover of documentaries, a budding writer and podcast producer, and movie popcorn enthusiast.
