Lisa Richman is part of the Global Programs team supporting the regional work across IMK, global programs with a focus on Europe, as well as measurement, evaluation and learning.

Prior to joining the Center in October 2020, Lisa began her career in Mastercard at the end of 2016 on the commercial side. Lisa worked on account management and business development responsible for UK, Nordic and Icelandic customers ranging from issuers to acquirers, traditional and non-traditional to government stakeholders. Before joining Mastercard, Lisa worked for a global loyalty management firm, Aimia based in London, and focused on “go to market entry” strategies, acquisitions and new coalitions and proprietary loyalty solutions in Asia, Australia, the Nordics, and Southern Europe. Lisa has also spent time working on humanitarian aid, economic development and health programs in South Africa.

She holds an MSc in International Business from Kings College London and a BA in Sociology from Nottingham University, UK. Lisa has dual nationality, USA and Belgium, and currently resides in Brussels, Belgium.
