Rebecca Mulder is the Manager of Social Impact (IMK) for the Center for Inclusive Growth, and supports the management of a large and diverse portfolio of partnerships, projects and programs as part of the role, along with a focus on improving efficiencies across the IMK team.

Prior to this role, Rebecca was the Manager of the Executive Vice Chair’s office at Mastercard, working primarily on supporting various initiatives aimed at making a difference for women in business, such as the Live a Legacy program, Boards for Impact, the Financial Alliance for Women and the 30% Club campaign.

Rebecca is a PRINCE2 Practitioner in Project Management, an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) with a Level 5 diploma in L&D, and also holds two British Computer Society Level 4 qualifications in data analysis.

Outside of work, Rebecca is a keen motorcyclist and lives in Bedfordshire with her husband, Ross, and daughter Elodie.
