Susan Warner

Susan serves as Vice President of Community Engagement for Mastercard’s Center for Inclusive Growth. She is responsible for the company’s global volunteerism, pro bono, disaster response and youth advancement programs.

She joined the company in 2011 as a Senior Business Leader in Internal Communications. During her tenure, Susan founded the company’s signature STEM curriculum, Girls4Tech™, which has reached more than five million girls in 64 countries.

Previously, Susan held the position of Senior Director, Corporate Communications for Time Warner Cable, where she was responsible for employee engagement and internal communications. In addition, she led Time Warner’s global literacy program Time to Read for underserved youth and created two signature STEM programs for Time Warner Cable.

Susan is a graduate of Hartwick College and now serves on its board of trustees. She also serves as a board member of the Emily Catherine Fedorko Foundation, which focuses on increasing boating safety for children.
