This report highlights takeaways after meeting with small firms in Colombia weekly over the course of one year to understand their financial lives in detail. Findings reveal that current market offerings are not meeting the credit needs of these firms. As well, the cash flow volatility that stood out in the data not only stifles a firm's ability to grow, but also leaves its employees in a vulnerable state.
