This paper outlines efforts being made to address skilled-labor shortages in the battery sector across the EU. To address the shortage of skilled labor in the European battery industry, the European Battery Alliance Academy 1) Develops training courses and materials to assist local training providers, and 2) Serves as a blueprint for skills policies in other industries.
