The garment industry in Cambodia provides around 1 million workers with access to formal employment, 80% of whom are women. Although these jobs offer regular income, it is minimum wage and often in cash. This report presents results from supporting 17 garment factories with over 25,000 workers with wage digitalization, and enabling workers to access, use, and benefit from their accounts.
