The RECoDE (Rising Equitable Community Data Ecosystems) project team set out to better understand how to undo antiquated and dangerous data systems and build in their place an ecosystem that provides all communities power over where, when, and how their data is used. This report shares what they found and offers recommendations to create equitable community data ecosystems.
