Data has been instrumental in people's access to health services, but unreliable data can lead to poor decision-making. To address that, DataKind partnered the various health institutions to create the Data Observation Toolkit, an open-source, community-informed toolkit capable of automated monitoring and detection of inconsistent or problematic data in healthcare databases.
